Eastern Shores Capital (Arbusman LLC DBA Eastern Shores Capital, "we," "us") operates easternshorescapital.com, its subdomains, and the Eastern Shores Capital mobile application (together, the "Platform"). This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text).
• Investor verification information — accreditation status and supporting documents you choose to upload (for example, a CPA or attorney verification letter), as required for offerings under SEC Rule 506(c).
• Investment records — commitments, signed agreements, capital call and distribution history, and tax documents associated with your investments.
• Device information for app features — if you enable push notifications in the mobile app, we store a device token so notifications can be delivered. Face ID / Touch ID verification happens entirely on your device; we never receive or store biometric data.
• Usage information — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and reliability.

How We Use Information

• To operate your investor account and provide the Platform's features.
• To verify accredited-investor status as required by federal securities law.
• To maintain investment, tax, and compliance records required by law.
• To communicate with you about your account, offerings, and required documents.
• To protect the Platform against fraud and unauthorized access.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not collect biometric data — Face ID runs on your device only.

Service Providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate the Platform, each bound to use your data only to provide services to us: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Apple (push notification delivery for the iOS app). Documents you upload are stored in access-controlled storage and are visible only to Eastern Shores Capital personnel.

Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Investment, tax, and accreditation records are retained for the period required by federal and state securities, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws, even after an account is closed.

Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time from within the mobile app (My Portfolio → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us at the address below. Deletion removes your login and personal profile. Records we are legally required to keep — such as executed subscription agreements and tax filings for completed investments — are retained as required by law and then disposed of securely.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to investor data is restricted and logged. Sensitive documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to financial records.

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.

Children

The Platform is for accredited investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or an in-app notice.
